Applying for the National Performance Awards is a straightforward process, designed to ensure each competitor is placed appropriately and can make the most of their experience.

Dance Track Application

Applicants must submit:

• Two photos: One in arabesque and one in à la seconde.

• Relevant exam certificates in Ballet, Jazz, Modern or Contemporary (e.g., ISTD, RAD, IDTA, or equivalent).

• Additional information – This may include details such as competition placements, trophies won, professional experience, or any other notable achievements.

Musical Theatre Track Application

Applicants must submit:

• A 30-60 second video performing a song of their choice.

• Relevant singing and/or acting exam certificates (e.g., LAMDA, ABRSM, LCM, or equivalent).

• Additional information – This may include competition wins, professional experience, or any other notable achievements.

Once your application has been reviewed, successful applicants will be contacted by 1st September 2025  with confirmation and further details on your next steps if successful.

The application process is designed to give our panel an insight into each competitor’s training background and level, ensuring that they get the most out of their experience on the day.
